Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Partner

We ship all orders across India through Delhivery, one of India's most reliable logistics partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Surface (Standard): 5–8 business days
• Express: 4–5 business days

Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on the destination pincode, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight (actual or volumetric, whichever is higher) and the delivery pincode. The applicable shipping cost is displayed before you confirm your order.

5. Pincode Serviceability

We deliver to most pincodes across India. Enter your pincode on the checkout page to check if your location is serviceable by Delhivery. If your pincode is not serviceable, we regret that we cannot process the order.

6. Order Tracking

You can track your order anytime from the Track Order page by signing in to your account. You will also receive email updates at key milestones during transit.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with Delhivery and resolve it at the earliest. For lost shipments, we will either reship or issue a full refund.
